Tofi
Tofi has a strong background in nursing and aged care, along with extensive experience supporting children with complex mental health needs and severe challenging behaviours. Since then, he has worked closely with participants on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals living with ADHD and complex PTSD.
Tofi has also completed trauma-informed training, which has deepened his understanding of his clients’ physical, emotional, and mental needs. This approach enables him to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where individuals feel understood and empowered. He is passionate about walking alongside his clients as they navigate the complexities of daily life, supporting them in building confidence, developing skills, and achieving their personal goals.
Jarrad
Jarrad brings to The Help Haven 25 years experience in the Disability sector. The majority of these years have been spent working hands on with participants, which is what Jarrad enjoys the most. Jarrad has also spent time in Management, Coordination, Administration and Recreation roles within the industry.
The highlight by far in Jarrad’s 25 years of work has been enabling and assisting participants to fulfil their travel dreams. Jarrad has travelled with Participants to Thailand, Phillipines, Germany, England, Amsterdam, Spain, Italy, France, Singapore, Hawaii, Christmas Island, International Cruises, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and far and wide throughout Western Australia.
